Session 1: Journey of the Soul
Thursday 17 October 7.00–8.30pm
Life is not a chance experience – our souls come to this planet for a very special reason. This first session explores life’s hidden realities and our gradual awakening to the life’s hidden realities and the nature of the cosmic game we play. Topics include evolution of consciousness, role of karma, how to be a good player in the life-game, the three main life-lessons and much more and includes meditations and multi-media presentation.
Session 2: The Silent Teaching
Friday 18 October 7.00–8.30pm
Life experience plays the role of out greatest teacher… until we awaken to the reality within. From this moment, meditation becomes our private tutor and guide. This session teaches breathing, concentration and meditation in the spiritual heart – techniques that will help us become masters of the life game. Includes guided meditations and live music.
Session 3: Living in the Heart
Saturday 19 October 10.30am–12.00pm
Living in the world and bringing meditation and the inner reality into our everyday lives.
Gone are the days when spiritual realisation could only be found by renouncing the world and retreating to the Himalayan caves. The inner and outer life must now go hand-in-hand for our spiritual essence to be rediscovered and revealed. This takes many forms… in our health and wellbeing, ways of thinking, emotional responses to the world around us. Ultimately it is to discover our inner divinity, our unlimited potential and boundless inner poise and joy. Includes practical ways to live the meditation lifestyle and multi-media presentation.
