Thank you for your registration and we look forward to seeing you soon. On the day please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can start on time. Come down the driveway, past the deck and enter through the glass door. Once inside, remove shoes (please wear clean socks as we don’t wear shoes in our meditation room) - the room is the door on the left side of the foyer. There is a place to put coats and bags but please leave valuables at home. You don't need to bring anything. Wear comfortable clothing. Seating options include chairs, cushions, meditation stools.

Our complimentary meditation course is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of meditation and cultivate a daily meditation practice in the comfort of your own home. Here’s what the course covers:

  • Establishing a Daily Meditation Routine: Gain insights into setting up a consistent and enriching daily meditation practice within your daily life.
  • Lifestyle Integration: Learn how to align your lifestyle choices to support and enhance your meditation practice.

Please Note: As this course follows a progressive structure, attending both sessions is recommended to reap the maximum benefits. Upon completing the introductory course, a continuation option will be available for those looking to deepen their meditation practice through weekly group meditation sessions.
